SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We will endeavour to dispatch small items within three days of purchase. If for any reason this is not possible we will contact you. Shipping will be completed through a registered courier service and you will be provided a tracking number.
For larger pieces, we are able to courier items within the 't Gooi area (The Netherlands) free of charge. Please contact us for larger pieces that have to be delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium for a quote. Pick-up is always free! Please note that delivery of furniture or larger items may take 1 to 2 weeks if being couriered outside of 't Gooi.
For international shipments, please get in touch with us. JANE will not be responsible for any import duties and taxes that are incurred for shipping outside of the EU.
Please note, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and insurance costs; JANE is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during their return to us. Please notify us if your order does not arrive within 30 days of purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to exchange or return your order, we are always ready to help you! You can exchange or return our products within 14 days provided they are in the condition as sent to you. In exchange for the returned product you will receive a voucher, another product or your money back.
Please note, these are the exceptions to our returns policy:
- Discounted items cannot be exchanged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items must be returned in the condition as shipped to you.
You can register an item for return using the following steps:
- send us a return request by replying to the original invoice by email.
- you will receive return instructions from us.
- return the products to us in the original packaging.
- upon receipt we will send you confirmation.
- within 3 days of receipt, you will receive the voucher, we will send the other product or we will refund your money.
Please note: cost of shipping return items is at the customer's expense.
